Chris Peden
Chris is a self employed Strength & Conditioning coach with over 10 years experience within the fitness industry. Chris gained his Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning qualifications whilst working in the Royal Navy as a Physical Training Instructor.
Chris has worked with a wide range of sports people, from endurance to team sports, bodybuilders as well as the general population whose aims are to lose body fat, move well and be healthier and fitter.
Chris started cycling and racing in 2005 and became part of the Wyndymilla Race Team way back at the beginning in 2009. Having competed as a cyclist, he decided to try his hand at competing in the world of Bodybuilding (check out his competition pic!). Chris is still very much a cyclist at heart and is keen to get back on a bike again when he has finished dabbling in the sport of Bodybuilding.
